How much Joie de Vivre do I need?
There are 6 servings in each bottle.

Welcome wine: 1 bottle for every 10 guests, pour ½ glasses as guests arrive. This way bubbles are fresh and guests can come back for more. Use glass flutes to retain bubbles.
Toast: 1 bottle for every 10 guests, pour ½ glasses. Use glass flutes.
Dinner: 2 bottles for every 10 guests. Yes, Nova Scotia sparkling is very food-friendly and will be appreciated by your guests. Use white wine glasses for ease and wine enjoyment. Winemakers prefer these glasses to evaluate sparkling wines.
Late night sparkling bar: 2 bottles for every 10 guests. Use white wine glasses to be less tippy, or flutes. Use a champagne stopper on bottles – we sell these in our wineshop.
